- All prices are inclusive of VAT.
- The price of our items does not include the charges for delivery of the items. The delivery charge will depend upon the method of delivery chosen. Please refer to the delivery section for further details.
- All efforts have been made to ensure that all prices shown on our website are correct at the time an order is placed. If, in the unlikely event, an error does occur we will inform you as soon as possible and you will be offered the chance to either reorder the item at the correct price or cancel your order. Written confirmation, via email at sales@twentyfirstcenturyherbs.com , is required within 7 days of us notifying you of the error or the order will be cancelled automatically. If you cancel your order a refund will be made via the method you paid. See refunds policy for more information.
- Payment for all goods and delivery can be made by any of the payment methods shown on our website. Payment via PayPal is subject to PayPal’s own terms and conditions. Credit card providers may also have their own terms and conditions.
- No deliveries will be made until a cleared payment has been received.
- Delivery will be arranged via the method you have selected at our checkout. Delivery will be made to the address you specify on your order form.
- If any errors have been made or a delivery problem occurs in respect o your order please notify us in writing, via email at sales@twentyfirstcenturyherbs.com, within 7 days of the delivery date. twentyfirstcenturyHERBS will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.
- If you do not take delivery of the items ordered or supply us with adequate instructions regarding delivery, we may cancel the order and retain the items. If this occurs we will refund the price of the items but you will still be liable to pay for any delivery charges.
- Orders may be cancelled by notifying us at any time, via email or post, up to 7 days after the items have been delivered. The notification you send to us should indicate your order number and the reason you are cancelling your order.
- If your order is cancelled after the items have been dispatched, you must return the items to us at our postal address. The items should be returned to us in a reasonable condition and at your own expense. We recommend the use of a recorded delivery service
- An order cannot be cancelled, or returned, once the product containers have been opened or the product has been used. Your statutory rights concerning product quality will remain unaffected.
- In the highly unlikely event that any items supplied to you have been damaged upon delivery you should notify us, via email at sales@twentyfirstcenturyherbs.com , within 7 days of delivery date. Upon confirmation we have received your email the items should be returned to us with all the relevant documentation. Once items have been received by us a replacement will be sent and postage costs refunded.
If you are entitled to a refund, you will be refunded as follows:
- If you paid via card the payment will be refunded to you on the same card
- If you paid via paypal all refunds will be made via paypal.
